Shipping & Returns
First of all: We're an independent recordshop and will try our best to make you happy! Unfortunately, prices for increasing continuously. We've decided to make flat fees regardless of how many items you've ordered. That means for LPs within
– Austria it's € 4,50
– Germany € 10,50
– Europe € 12,50
– worldwide € 22,0
If you wanna purchase CDs, Shirts, etc. … Shipping costs might get cheaper.
We ship out packages almost every day, depending on the amount of orders. Sometimes we make our run to the post office just once or twice a week. Therefore please be aware that internationally shipping might take around 2–3 weeks to arrive, depending on your countries customs. All our shippings can be tracked. You will receive the Tracking Nr. after your order is packed and dispatched. You are responsible for any and all customs fees that might be extra!
Please be sure to track your parcel for updates on the specific delivery day. In case your package couldn't be delivered, you should receive a notice from the shipping company, where to pick up your parcel. If you're not gonna pick-up your parcel within the provided timeframe and your order has to be sent back to us, please be aware that we're not gonna refund the costs for postage and we will have to charge you for all additional shipping costs that might occur!
We also offer free shipping for larger orders! If you're from Austria, you’ll get free shipping with a purchase of € 100,-. For orders within Europe, the minimum for free shipping is €150,-!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or a proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you, once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
