Shipping policy

First of all: We're an independent recordshop and will try our best to make you happy! Unfortunately prices for shipping are getting more expensive nowadays. We've decided to make flat deals whether how much items you've ordered.
That means for LPs within Austria it's € 4,50 / Germany € 10,50 / Europe € 12,50 / Worldwide € 22,00. 

We offer free shipping for larger orders! For orders from Austria we can give you free shipping for purchases from € 100,- and above. For free shipping within Europe, you'll need to order more than € 150,-!

We ship out packages almost every day, depending on the amount of orders. Sometimes we make our run for the post office just once or twice a week. That means, please be aware that internationally shipping could take around 2–3 weeks to arrive, depending on your countries customs. All our shippings can be tracked. You will receive the Tracking Nr. after your order is packed and dispatched. You are responsible for any and all customs fees that might be extra!

Please be sure to track your parcel for updates on the specific delivery day. In case your package couldn't be delivered, you should receive a notice from the shipping company, where to pick up your parcel. If you're not gonna pick-up your parcel within the provided timeframe and your order has to be sent back to us, please be aware that we're not gonna refund the costs for postage and we will have to charge you for all additional shipping costs that might occure!
